"Just wanted to say that it was great seeing you at the Just Food Conference on Saturday. I apologize if I got a bit emotional when I saw you for that brief moment, but I have to tell you that this CSA have completely changed my eating behavior and my outlook on personal health and nutrition. This was my first CSA and the experience has been transformative - knowing your family, having that relationship with the community, and eating and cooking for wellness. My fiance and I have been cooking plant-based meals at home and I've been eating out less than before the CSA came into our lives. My appreciation for seasonal local vegetables has become central to our health and well-being. The CSA has even inspired me to go back to school for nutrition therapy next year!
