STEPS TO BECOMING A CSA MEMBER 

1.  Please read our CSA information page first.  Understand completely what benefits and cost are involved with your participation.  If you have any additional questions, you may contact us at:         info@sangleefarms.com

     After you are satisfied with the conditions of participating in our Vegetable CSA, then you can:

    Choose a PARTIAL, or FULL CSA VEGETABLE SHARE

    (check out the 2011 Harvest List to help you decide)

2.  Select any additional CSA products - fruit *cheese * oysters * eggs

    **YOU MUST BE A VEGETABLE SHARE MEMBER TO PARTICIPATE IN OTHER SHARES**

3.  Click on the membership form links below to download and print your application.

4.  Send a check to our farm at the address below with your vegetable share form and any other additional forms.

5.  We will send you a confirmation of your application via email.

6.  Prior to the starting date of your CSA you will receive another email with more detailed information.

                      We only accept Checks or Cash
