Plant Medicine & Flower Essence Workshops
Courtney L. Hall is a Certified Herbalist through the California School of Herbal Studies (500 +hr.), and a Certified Flower Essence Practitioner through Alaskan Essences. Having studied two years under a Cherokee native, and completed a traditional Lakota vision quest and sweat lodge training, she focuses heavily on Native American energetics, vibrational therapeutics, and western herbalism. She is dedicated to teaching and healing through nature, reconnecting people with spirit, and being a caretaker of this beautiful planet. Courtney has been in practice teaching, treating, and creating herbal formulas for over 7 years. Courtney is the in house nursery manager this season at Sang Lee Farms.

PLANT MEDICINE FOR HEALTH & HEALING
Certified Herbalist Courtney Hall will walk you through the farm herb garden where you can touch, taste, smell and gather herbs. She will teach you the culinary and medicinal uses of several herbs growing here at Sang lee. In this hands on presentation, she will demonstrate the process of making teas, salves, and tinctures that can be incorporated into everyday health and utilized in a variety of healing practices. FLOWER ESSENCE WORKSHOP
Certified Herbalist and Flower Essence Practitioner, Courtney Hall, will guide you in the delicate art of being attentive to nature, weather and plants in this unique workshop . She will walk with you through the farm to observe and gather flowering plants to create your own flower essence. She will discuss the amazing potency and gentleness of flower essences as well as how they can affect and guide you. TAKE HOME YOUR FLOWER ESSENCE!
