Ordering - Mesclun by Mail
Freshness
Fresh certified organically grown greenhouse produce will be cut to order and packaged to your specifications. All specialty pantry items will be made fresh so that you can enjoy the taste of summer in winter!
Scheduling Your Orders
Order your package by 4 PM Monday of the week you would like your order shipped. To order earlier is also fine.

Preparation
Orders are cut on Tuesday, precooled overnight, and packaged on Wednesday. There is a $6.99 material and handling charge for each box. Please note, due to some increased material costs such as heating fuel for our greenhouses, we've had to increase some of our product prices. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Shipping
Shipments are sent out on Wednesday, to arrive either Thursday or Friday for one or two day delivery. Please choose overnight or second day delivery on your package when you reach the Shipping selection during Checkout. FedEx Ground delivery option is available to those on Long Island, and the immediate vacinity of the Metro New York City area only.
Gifts
Notification to a gift recipient will be made by e-mail when that option is checked on the delivery selection page. A Sang Lee Farms, Inc. gift card can also be included with your personalized message when this option is checked.
Substitutions
Greens may be substituted at times due to the nature of growing.
