INFORMATION ABOUT THE KITCHEN SHARE
The farm kitchen share includes items that are made on our farm in our own Certified Organic Kitchen. We make all our products with organic ingredients when available, and each item is labeled "organic" or "made with organic ingredients" depending on the percentage of ingredients that are organic. If we cannot source most of the ingredients organically, the product will not have the word organic on it (Ginger Scallion Dip).
COST: $315 (deliveries will be 1x month so 6 weeks total) which equals $52.60/week.
1 dressing, 1 dip, 1 pesto, 1 fermented/pickled, 2 (16 oz) soups

8 oz Dressings can also be used as Marinades. We also include some sauces depending on what is in your CSA share.
MAY INCLUDE: Citrus Dressing, Asian Vinaigrette, Sweet Ginger Dressing, Toasted Sesame Dressing, Stir-fry Sauce, Mild Hot Sauce.
7 oz Dips are great as a way to enjoy your raw crudite veggies each week in the CSA. We will give you different flavors to try throughout the season.

16 oz frozen soups are made with our own starters and organic vegetables from our farm.
MAY INCLUDE: Turmeric Lentil, Spicy Asian Cabbage, Hearty Kale, Autumn Harvest, Carrot Ginger, Roasted Sweet Potato, Autumn Fall Squash, Roasted Beet, Asparagus soups & more…
7 oz Pestos are made with our own greens and herbs and are delicious as a marinade for roasted, grilled, or sauteed veggies. They also go great on pasta, fish, or as a dip. We will give you different flavors to try throughout the season based on what is fresh and seasonal.
MAY INCLUDE: Basil Pesto, Spinach Walnut Pesto, Cilantro Pesto, Parsley Pesto, Garlic Scape Pesto & more.
PICKLED OR FERMENTED
16 oz Jars of Pickles or Fermented Veggies are meant to be a delicious topping to your meals or a palette cleanser. Fermented veggies are specifically helpful in digestion as they have probiotics in them. A great way to use fermented veggies is on your eggs, or as a side to any meal.
MAY INCLUDE: Fermented Kimchi, Fermented Turmeric Kimchi, Fermented Garlicky Kraut, Fermented Bok Choy, Pickled Beets, Pickled Cucumbers, Pickled Garlic, Pickled Garlic Scapes, Pickled Asparagus.
