In this talk, Emily Mcdonald MD, will highlight common chemical exposures in the home. She will review the chemical oversight process, discuss a class of chemicals called endocrine disruptors that can interact with the hormonal system, and how those effects can be transmitted between generations. In addition to sharing her own research, she will make time for participants to practice reading labels and identifying common chemicals.
