We will discuss the many health benefits of bone broth and the various ways that bone broth can be used in every day cooking. We will discuss chicken, fish and beef broths, the equipment needed, and storage. There will be a hands-on demonstration of how to set up and start the broth and a demonstration on how to finish and package it.
We will also present the idea of mindful eating and how our values, history, habits and intentions influence us. Time for sharing and group discussion will be included.
