Sang Lee Farms is a certified organic farm on the North Fork of Long Island. We specialize in Asian Specialty produce, Value-added products made in our certified organic kitchen, and much more.

We sell our products online, in our retail shoppe, at farmer's markets, and through our CSA Farmshare Program.

HEALTH & WELLNESS Cooking Classes

At Sang Lee Farms we have been championing for human and environmental health for decades. Our initiative is only strengthened by collaborating with Stefanie Sacks, a culinary nutritionist based in Montauk. Stefanie will teach monthly hands-on cooking classes that support everything that we (and she) believe in!

Explore plant-based ingredients with a fresh perspective. Stefanie will help you understand the fundamentals of a truly health supportive diet while using a variety of local ingredients to create simple, nutritious and delicious recipes. *All workshops are sponsored by Naturally Good Foods Cafe in Montauk NY & Analon Cookware



Pulling dinner together can be a drag. But it doesn’t have to be! The perfect combination of carbohydrate, protein and fat—our much needed macronutrients—can simplistically satiate. Explore ways to make meals in a pot that can be eaten on the spot, translate to lunch or fabulously freeze for another day. Menu includes Butternut Minestrone; Chickpea Tikka Masala; Kitchari; and Vegetable Paella.

 For over two decadesSacks has helped transform the way people eat by using hands on culinary experiences to inspire, educate and offer practical tools for food lifestyle change. She has her Masters of Science in Nutrition from Teachers College, Columbia University, is a Certified Nutrition Specialist, Certified Dietitian Nutritionist and is a graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts. Stefanie, together with the Program in Nutrition at Teachers College developed Education At the Table™, a culinary program that builds knowledge, skills and confidence to integrate food activities and cooking into nutrition education.

Sacks authored What The Fork Are You Eating? An Action Plan for Your Pantry and Plate(Tarcher | Penguin Random House), is a sought after sought after media guest expert on the topic of healthy choices with frequent appearances on the Dr. Oz Show, PBS, Fox Media, and multiple radio programs. Her extensive online and print contributions include, Bloomberg, The Huffington Post, Alternet,, and, Family Circle, Prevention, Harper’s Bazaar, Parents, Town & Country and Allure.

Sacks lives on the East End of Long Island with her husband, two very active boys and Blossom, the family dog.
