Learn how to whip up simple, nutritious and absolutely satisfying desserts that won't leave you feeling guilty, lethargic or bloated! In this 2-hour workshop, Stefanie will introduce you to new ingredients and methods for making desserts that dazzle.

STEFANIE SACKS, MS, CNS, CDN
Nourishment Warrior, Stefanie Sacks, MS, CNS, CDN is a Culinary Nutritionist, Author, educator, speaker and consultant. For over two decades, Sacks has helped transform the way people eat using hands-on experiences to inspire, educate and offer practical tools for food lifestyle change. She has her Masters of Science in Nutrition from Teachers College, Columbia University, is a Certified Nutrition Specialist, Certified Dietitian Nutritionist and is a graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts
KAREN LEE, FARM OWNER
Karen is a Registered Nurse with an MBA in Health Care Management from Boston University where she met her farmer husband, Fred. She has been a co-owner and manager at the farm since 1981, spearheading the retail component of the business, incorporating the certified organic kitchen, and developing all of the prepared food recipes. Her goal is to help customers reach their best health by providing nourishing fresh veggies, on-the-go food options, and simple cooking ideas.
LUCY SENESAC, FARM EDUCATOR
Lucy has been at Sang Lee Farms for the last 8 years. She came to the farm from WWOOFing in New Zealand after graduating with a degree in psychology and art. She has worked in most areas ranging from tractor work, farmer's markets to managing the farm camp and CSA program. She got her degree in nutrition from Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is also a certified health coach. She has become an integral part of the farm education through school tours and work with local school gardens.
