Sang Lee Farms is a certified organic farm on the North Fork of Long Island. We specialize in Asian Specialty produce, Value-added products made in our certified organic kitchen, and much more.

We sell our products online, in our retail shoppe, at farmer's markets, and through our CSA Farmshare Program.

FLOWER ESSENCE Certified Herbalist and Flower Essence Practitioner, Courtney Hall, will guide you in the delicate art of being attentive to nature, weather and plants in this unique workshop . She will walk with you through the farm to observe and gather flowering plants to create your own flower essence. She will discuss the amazing potency and gentleness of flower essences as well as how they can affect and guide you. 3 hour workshop . 6 person minimum.

HERBAL MEDICINE Learn how to use plants and herbs for health and wellness in hands on and lecture style workshops with Herbalist, Courtney Hall. Sample teas and learn about tinctures and salves. 1.5-2 hour workshop. 6 person minimum.



Immerse yourself in the tranquility of our farm with yoga & mindfulness teacher, Rebekah Smith. Connect with nature as Rebekah leads you on a walking meditation through the herbs, berries, and fields. Ground down in a slow flow that will intensify as your muscles warm up. Revitalize your body with our certified organic juice at the end of your practice under the trees. Includes 10 oz certified organic fresh vegetable juice from the farm kitchen.

1.5 - 2 hour class & walk. 6 person minimum.


Pick berries, pluck tomatoes, and smell herbs alongside Farmer Lucy while you enjoy the summer breeze and sunset on the farm. Share farm stories with owner Karen Lee before you head back to the kitchen. Watch a cooking demo and enjoy a delicious tasting with Stefanie Sacks, our in-house Culinary Nutritionist. Get creative in small groups, with Karen and Stefanie by your side, as you prepare farm-to-plate recipes using the bounty from the farm. Share a meal, make friends, try new foods, and get inspired on our farm.  Classes can be tailored to group's interest.

3-4 hours including meal at the end.  6 person minimum.


Enjoy the taste of delicious seasonal produce carefully prepared in our certified organic farm kitchen, paired with a North Fork wine from the same terroire. A local vineyard will be present to pair and pour wine as well as discuss their process of growing grapes and wine production.

1-2 hours.  6 person minimum.

This event would require us to coordinate with local vineyards and use their liquor license to do a tasting.
