Copy of June Culinary Classes
FRIDAYS IN JUNE • 2pm-3:30pm
with culinary and garden expert Kathleen Shewan.
Join us for an afternoon on the farm where we will explore fresh herbs!
how they grow and how you can use them to make simple yet elegant sauces, libations, and desserts. We will have a brief walk through the herb garden to learn about the culture of growing herbs while harvesting and tasting them as we go. We will return to the farmstand and demonstrate how to prepare or assemble select recipes and techniques under our beautiful cool awning.
You will sample some of the creations and go home with recipes and knowledge to use your herbs in creative culinary ways!
Seats are limited so registration is required. Take one class or all three!
