EASTER EGG RADISHES
Easter Egg Radishes (Raphanus sativus), also called Spring or Globe radishes, are known for their crisp, snap-like consistency. They provide a zesty crunch without becoming woody, hollow, or overly spicy. They offer earthy and sweet undertones with a bright white interior that is dense, firm, and succulent. Easter Egg Radishes are slightly spicier than their French counterpart!
