Sang Lee Farms is a family owned & operated Organic Vegetable Farm & Kitchen certified by NOFA-NY. We grow over one hundred varieties of specialty vegetables and herbs. We also offer a full line of value-added products to compliment our produce.
Located in the heart of the North Fork of Long Island, New York. Sang Lee Farms provides local communities with a bounty of fresh organic produce year round.
Our certified organic food can be found at our Farmstand, and at the three Farmers Markets that we attend during the season. In addition, we have a CSA program that distributes our produce to local communities as well as Western Long Island and as far as Brooklyn.

Certified Herbalist and Flower Essence Practitioner, Courtney Hall, will guide you in the delicate art of being attentive to nature, weather and plants in this unique workshop . She will walk with you through the farm to observe and gather flowering plants to create your own flower essence. She will discuss the amazing potency and gentleness of flower essences as well as how they can affect and guide you. TAKE HOME YOUR FLOWER ESSENCE!

Certified Herbalist Courtney Hall will walk you through the farm herb garden where you can touch, taste, smell and gather herbs. She will teach you the culinary and medicinal uses of several herbs growing here at Sang lee. In this hands on presentation, she will demonstrate the process of making teas, salves, and tinctures that can be incorporated into everyday health and utilized in a variety of healing practices. Wake up to the peaceful tranquility of our Organic Farm with this unique wellness experience led by yoga & mindfulness teacher, Rebekah Smith. Connect with nature as Rebekah leads you on a walking meditation through the herbs, berries, and fields. Ground down in a slow flow that will intensify with the morning sun. Revitalize your body with our certified organic juice at the end of your practice under the trees. Includes 10 oz certified organic fresh vegetable juice from the farm kitchen!

In this 20 hour series, Karen Lee and Courtney Hall of Sang Lee Farms will guide you through a wholesome, joyful, and hands-on approach to living a more mindful and healthy life by means of connecting with plants as food and medicine. This series will focus heavily on self-care and the importance of sourcing, preparing, and taking the time to treat and cook oneself nourishing therapeutic remedies. You will take home teas, tinctures, oils, salves, recipes, and soups, but even more importantly you will leave knowing how to better care for yourself utilizing simple, all-natural practices that rest beneath your very feet.
$740 (includes $40 materials fee)
