Welcome ! This page is a place for you to come if you need information about the CSA program throughout the season. We will post updates on here, and also include the link to add your name or share partner to the newsletter list !The newsletters are sent specifically for the day you pickup the share, as sometimes we have to rotate items in the share. Not all the dropsites will get the same exact share every week, but we do our best to make sure we rotate the items so you all get the full diversity over the course of the season. If you are switching dropsites, please update your pickup location on the form below for that week.

DROPSITE CHANGES
Due to the high volume of inquiries we receive, we kindly ask you to use this form to make any CSA-related special requests. Emailing us or calling does not confirm a switch.
NO CHANGES AFTER FRIDAY OF THE WEEK BEFORE YOU WANT TO SWITCH!
It is your responsibility to be aware of the day and time of your requested pick-up site; you can find that info HERE
Please note, all special requests must be made 7 days in advance of the original pickup or delivery date of your share. We will do our best to accommodate all requests but cannot guarantee all changes.
If you request the change with over 7 days notice and don’t hear back, you are confirmed.
If you request with short notice, we will inform you if we can accommodate or not. g

FAQs
How do I know what to do with the veggies?
We send you a newsletter every week with recipes, tips and storage suggestions for the veggies in the share. We will also give you access to our CSA member area on our new website with videos, tutorials and all sorts of resources that will help guide you later in the season.
I’m not getting the newsletter, what is happening?
Please check your “promotions” folder or spam folder if you are gmail user. We have has issues with Optonline emails as well , and you might have to go into your settings to whitelist the “info@sangleefarms.com” email.
If you are ever unsure, search for “info@sangleefarms.com” or sang lee farms / CSA in your email.
What if I miss a week?
We or the dropsite coordinators donate all the shares that are not picked up every week at the dropsite. If you can’t pickup or are on vacation, you can have a friend or family member get the share for you that week! We do not hold them, or double up the following week.
Can I switch dropsites for a week?
Yes, please use the form above, and make sure you request the change a full 7 days ahead of the swtich date. Please do not do this regularly, but a one off time when you are in a bind.
Can I pickup after Friday if Im a SLF pickup member?
Yes, when you absolutely cannot get here on Friday. Some of you have spoken to us about not being in town on Fridays and that is OK as long as we have spoken about it. For others, please set an alert on your phone to pickup FRIDAYS 11-6. Forgetting every week is no longer an excuse given the technology we have access to.
What do i do with my discount?
If you are a member, you get 10% off all additional purchases in our farmstand store in Peconic and also at any of our Farmers Markets. It is imperative that you tell the cashier that you are a 2021 CSA member before you pay. We will not backpay discounts. The staff will not always ask you if you are a member.
If I don’t like the program, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately not. We really encourage you to do your research on the program before joining so you can make sure you are up for the commitment. It is a financial commitment and a commitment to your health. The food you get every week holds you accountable.
