FARM YOGA
MOTHER’S DAY YOGA FLOW
ALL LEVELS
Sunday, May 10 | 3PM - 4PM
$45 / per person
Celebrate Mother’s Day with a mindful outdoor yoga practice at the farm amidst our fields and bee hives. This class is designed to create a grounding, joyful, and gentle energy within you, as we take the opportunity to welcome in the Spring and honor the beauty of gathering together.
Surrounded by Spring growth that encompasses the farm this time of year and the peaceful energy of the land, this all-levels flow will offer space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect through movement. In uplifting and cherishing the mother figures in our lives, we open this class to mothers, daughters, loved ones, and anyone else who wants to spend the day immersed in nature, movement, and meaningful connection.
Following class, guests will enjoy farm-fresh crudité and freshly brewed herbal tea with one another!

MEET THE INSTRUCTOR
Kianna Jade Acevedo is an East End–based yoga instructor, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and 200-hour Vinyasa teacher whose work is rooted in mindful movement, connection, and community. Teaching throughout the Hamptons and North Fork, she offers a range of classes from heated and unheated flow to sculpt, beginner-friendly yoga, and outdoor experiences that invite students to move with intention and feel more at home in their bodies.
Inspired by the natural beauty of the East End, Kianna is especially drawn to practices that reflect the seasons and the elements. Her classes are designed to help students slow down, breathe deeply, build strength, and reconnect with themselves in a way that feels both grounding and uplifting. She loves spaces that celebrate mindful living, local food, and meaningful gathering, which makes Sang Lee Farms feel like such a special fit.
With a background in education and a heartfelt passion for helping others learn and feel good in their bodies, Kianna sees yoga as a way to nourish mind, body, and soul while bringing people together. She is so excited to be part of the Sang Lee Farms community and to share offerings that honor nature, movement, and intentional connection.
