Join Kayla Barthelme and dive into the science, fun and magic of herbalism! In this foundational class, we'll explore the fundamentals of working with these incredible botanical wonders. You’ll learn the basics of using bioregional medicinal herbs to support your health and well-being.

We’ll explore common herbal allies and their properties, along with the basics of creating safe and high-quality, albeit simple preparations like teas, tinctures, and salves.

Whether you're new to the world of herbal remedies or seeking a solid foundation to expand your knowledge, this class provides the perfect framework to begin your journey. This class will leave you empowered you to start your herbal journey and deepen your connection to the plant world.

Participants will receive a freshly brewed herbal tea that will be served during class! A detailed handout covering topics discussed in class will also be given to participants at the classes end.

*In case of rain forecasted, we will try to reschedule. If we cannot, we will cancel and refund you, or you can join a future class and hold your credit. Cancellations of any kind are subject to 20% non-refundable charge. If you cancel within 1 week of the class, you can use your credit for another class, but otherwise you will be charged in full.
