Liver Cleansing

Join certified herbalist and flower essence practitioner Courtney Hall for this 1 1⁄2 hour in-depth class on the incredible benefits of gentle liver cleansing. Learn daily dietary, herbal and topical protocols to support and nourish a healthy liver.
The health and vitality of all body systems depend to a large extent on the health and vitality of the liver. It is the body’s most complex and useful organ, a powerful chemical plant that converts everything we eat, breathe and absorb through the skin into life-sustaining substances.
We’ll discuss plant vs. processed, how to improve digestive health, symptoms of a overburdened liver, how to remove endocrine disruptors, ways to increase fertility, and topical castor oil application techniques.
Participants will receive a detailed handout covering topics discussed in class, including recipes on utilizing foods that are in season to maximize liver health.
Respiratory & Immune Support for Toddlers

Join certified herbalist and flower essence practitioner Courtney Hall for this 1 hour class to learn numerous safe and effective remedies to treat toddlers suffering with an array of respiratory conditions and low immunity.
We’ll discuss dietary, herbal and homeopathic remedies for your toddlers, dosages and contraindications, how to recognize and treat low iron and jaundice in infants, and heavy metal detox protocols.
Participants will receive a detailed handout covering topics discussed in class, including a list of links to the numerous products and superfoods we will be discussing. Recipes on utilizing foods that are in season to maximize your child’s health will also be provided.
Meet the Instructor
Courtney Hall has been dedicated to teaching, healing and continuously co-creating with the plant world for 15 years.
She is a certified herbalist through the California School of Herbal Studies (2010, 500 hr.), a certified flower essence practitioner through Alaskan Essences and holds a Masters of Crystology certification from TAOMCHI. She has studied under Nunutsi Otterson, Karyn Sanders of the Blue Otter School of Herbal Medicine, David Hoffman of CSHS, David Dalton of Delta Gardens, Matthew Wood (Institute of Herbalism), John J. Slattery, Steve Johnson of Alaskan Essences and Walter Crow.
Courtney completed over one year of case studies for her flower essence certification, has completed two homeopathic intensives, and spent three years studying Native American plant medicine in northern California, including completion of a traditional Lakota Vision Quest and a six month sweat lodge training.
She has worked at and managed two apothecaries, and began a small school of herbal medicine on the North Fork of Long Island at Sang Lee Farms in 2018. Courtney specializes in vibrational therapeutics, formulation, holistic fertility and reproductive health, as well as cleansing and detoxing.
She currently works one on one with clients, creates an organic skincare line and spends her days playing and exploring with her beautiful daughter Noey Madera.
